Anti-Bullying Policy

At Pinnacle World School Baroh, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and sensitive environment for all students, promoting their progressive and holistic development. To ensure the protection of students' rights and a secure learning environment, our school administration strictly prohibits acts of bullying, harassment, and other forms of aggression and violence.

What is bullying?

• Indecent gestures or written, verbal, graphic, or physical abuse
• Cyberbullying
• Any act reasonably perceived as dehumanizing, intimidating, hostile, humiliating, threatening, or otherwise likely to evoke fear of physical harm or emotional distress
• Any forms of retaliation against individuals who report or cooperate in an investigation under this policy

Specifications of the Anti-Bullying Policy

• Prohibition of every form of bullying or harassment, whether on or off school premises
• Severe action against incidents resulting in substantial disruption of the school learning environment
• Expectation for students to conduct themselves with respect for the rights and welfare of others

Remedial action

Consequences and appropriate remedial actions for a student engaging in bullying may range from positive behavioral interventions to suspension or expulsion, as per the approved code of student conduct.

All members of the school community are encouraged to report any violations of this policy.

Internet responsibility

In our digital age, responsible internet use is crucial for maintaining a positive and respectful online community. At Pinnacle World School Baroh, students are expected to follow these guidelines when utilizing the internet for academic purposes:

• Avoid posting or sharing any material on social networking sites that could be considered inappropriate or offensive.
• Steer clear of engaging in cyberbullying, which includes refraining from posting violent, aggressive, threatening, vulgar, or obscene content on social media, chat rooms, YouTube, SMS, or MMS.
• Do not share information that could be defamatory to the institution or any members of the school community.
• Refrain from introducing any malicious software onto the school's network, and respect the security of our electronic communication systems.
• Take measures to prevent any unauthorized access, data breach, or compromise of sensitive information.
• Respect copyright laws and avoid plagiarism when using online resources for academic purposes. Give proper credit to the original creators of content.

Student accountability

All students are accountable for their online actions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in consequences, including suspension or expulsion from Pinnacle World School Baroh. We encourage responsible internet use to foster a positive and respectful digital environment.
